Delivery Information
All items will be shipped to buyer's registered address.
Before you pay, please make sure your delivery address in shoparz matches the address you would like us to ship to.
We “shoparz Marketplace” will try our best to ship all items within 48 hours upon receipt of payment.
In most cases, international shipping takes around 7-21 business days. We try our best to provide you with the most reliable, affordable way of shipping. But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the local customs and post service. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. We will take responsibility* for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will vary according to the size and weight of goods ordered and by which seller, they will be itemized so you will know in advance of confirming the order what you will be charged. Any delivery times are quoted in working days.
Goods will be delivered to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when the seller (or other) company or delivery person attempts to deliver. The seller cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by their negligence).
RETURNS
We are very confident that our product will meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal. However, if any item is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address. Returns are accepted within 14 days after the buyer receives the item. Returned item has to be in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After receiving the return we will make a replacement depending on our available stock, if not available, a refund will be issued.
